  Sushi Edomae is a wonderful restaurant located in St-Constant. A delightful classy atmosphere with a beautiful cherry blossom bar, this place is a hidden jewel to be discovered. Food is alway fresh made and great. The rice for sushi is amazing! The Kamikaze rolls, Edomae special rolls, le Dragon rolls and Crazy Rolls are people's favorites. Charming chef with more than 15 years of experience prepares the delicious sushi in front of you, what do you want more? You gotta eat here. Now you can bring your own wine and beer. Even better! :)

  When this place opened a couple of years ago it was simply called Sushi Edomaé. Then the tagline "Best sushi in St-Constant" tagline came along, which is not much of a statement really. On my most recent visit the tagline was completed with "... and on the South Shore". Big statement? Yes. Is it true? Most probably. I ate there on two separate occasions and must say that it's always really fresh and creative. The chef is a very pleasant gentleman who makes all the food most of the time by himself. The restaurant has only five tables + five spots at the bar. You can also bring your own wine or beer to accompany your meal. Overall, I think that this place is here to stay. The owner works very hard to keep the clients happy. Despite more sushi places popping in the area, this one is definitely by far superior to the rest.
